Whether you struggling with alcohol, drugs, trauma, sexual addiction or pornography addiction, we can work together to stop unwanted compulsive behaviors. Maybe you’re troubled by your behavior, and you don’t know where to turn. You might also be unsure of whether or not your behavior is problematic, but you have broken trust with your partner or spouse. With my training and experience, we’ll determine if it’s problematic, and identify the next steps. I specialize in helping individuals with life challenges, compulsive behaviors, substance addictions, relationship issues, and sexuality. I believe in a progressive and inclusive therapeutic relationship that empowers the individual. Working together, I promise to tell you what you need to hear, never diluting whatever message will help you heal and grow. Living with an addiction can be a lonely and isolating life. The pressures of the world build and the shame and guilt become overwhelming. The whole process can be very confusing and embarrassing. Working together in an empathetic, understanding, and non-judgmental way we can address the root causes of tie us down.
