At the Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center (BTRC), we specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complex and deeply personal challenges of betrayal trauma, sex addiction, infidelity recovery, PTSD, and C-PTSD. Our mission is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their experiences, rebuild trust, and move toward healing and resilience.We understand that trauma is deeply personal, and our approach is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Founded by Alexandra Katehakis, Ph.D., MFT, CSAT, CST in 2005, we have over 20 years of experience supporting clients & their partners heal from addictions related to sex, love & pornography. We are passionate about helping clients develop healthy sexuality by going beyond “S” recovery treatments & providing sex therapy to individuals and couples. We offer in-person and remote services in our West Los Angeles office including individual, group, & couple therapy, SLA Intensives, Partner Betrayal Trauma Intensives, workshops, coaching KAP treatment, EMDR, & psychological testing.

We are a Christ-centered Clinically Effective treatment center located in Metro Atlanta. We offer comprehensive residential and outpatient programs designed to help men struggling with substance abuse, sexual addiction, and other life-controlling issues to experience freedom, restoration, and long term recovery. Many of our clinicians have CSAT credentials alongside their professional designations such as LPC, LMFT, MAMFT, CMAT, CPCS, etc. For men that are in our program for sex addiction treatment, a spouse receives support from our spouse supporting therapist. Clients have the opportunity to connect with our Campus Pastor / Director of Spiritual Formation to explore how faith has impacted their life in the past, and how it can impact their life for the future. HopeQuest sits on 18 wooded acres, providing a quite and serene environment.
