LPC- Associate
Supervised by Dr. Jason Doorish, LPC-S, CSAT. I help individuals and couples navigate betrayal, intimacy issues, and sexual health with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.
I work with individuals and couples navigating betrayal trauma, infidelity, intimacy concerns, and sexual disconnection. I also support clients facing anxiety, low self-esteem, and body image struggles, especially when rooted in early experiences with family dynamics, attachment wounds, or rigid belief systems. Whether you're working to rebuild trust, reconnect in your relationship, or feel more at home in your body and mind, I offer a compassionate, affirming space to explore your story and create lasting change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—I show up as a real person, not a blank slate. Clients can expect a safe, affirming space to explore hard topics with curiosity, humor, and compassion. I integrate EMDR, Gottman Method, and other evidence-based tools with a relational, trauma-informed lens to support healing and growth. Whether we’re working through betrayal, intimacy issues, or anxiety, I’ll meet you with empathy, honesty, and a deep respect for your story.
I believe healing happens in safe, honest relationships—and I’m honored to create that space with my clients. I'm drawn to this work because I know how deeply shame, disconnection, and unspoken pain can impact our sense of self and relationships. Helping people feel seen, reclaim their voice, and rewrite painful narratives is incredibly meaningful to me. I show up with heart, humor, and hope because I truly believe change is possible, even in the hardest seasons.
