Lauren Schuller

LPC-A, LCDC, ASAT-Candidate, Brainspotting trained

Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Licensed
Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Associate Sex Addiction
Therapist-Candidate, currently pursuing CSAT certification through the
International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals
(IITAP). She began her career in addiction treatment centers, where
she developed a deep understanding of substance abuse and compulsive
behaviors, as well as a passion for walking alongside individuals
seeking freedom and long-term recovery.

Lauren’s work is rooted in a holistic and trauma-informed approach.
She recognizes the many factors that contribute to addiction and
integrates multiple therapeutic strategies to address them. In
sessions, she helps clients build individualized recovery plans,
increase self-awareness, identify patterns and triggers, and challenge
belief systems that no longer serve them. She is trained in
Brainspotting, a powerful somatic technique for processing the
unresolved trauma that often underlies addiction, allowing clients to
access deeper healing.

Known for her balance of compassion and accountability, Lauren creates
a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can bring their hardest
truths without fear of being overwhelmed or dismissed. She is direct,
honest, and deeply empathetic—offering both grace and guidance as
clients work through shame, build resilience, and create a new way of
living.
