I am a Licensed Professional Therapist (LPC), Post Induction Therapy trained (PIT), and a Certified Partner Therapist (CPTT) based in Flagstaff, Arizona offering private practice services for adults seeking meaningful change and emotional healing.
My practice specializes in supporting betrayed partners, and individuals navigating the complex emotional aftermath of infidelity or other relationship trauma as well as adults struggling with eating disorders. I bring deep clinical insight and a compassionate, grounded approach to my work to assist in meeting my clients where they are at a such a difficult time in their lives. I understand the unique needs of my clients facing these challenges and work to create a safe, collaborative space where healing can unfold at a sustainable pace.
I enjoy helping clients address a range of emotional concerns that arise in these traumas including anxiety, grief, depression, and feelings of overwhelm. My therapeutic style is relational, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices, allowing my clients to feel both seen and empowered throughout their process. My goal is to help each of my clients reconnect with themselves, strengthen their emotional resilience, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships.
This work matters to me because I believe in the strength and resilience of people especially in the moments when they feel most lost, broken, or overwhelmed. I'm drawn to supporting individuals who have experience these types of traumas because I've seen how isolating and misunderstood these experiences can be. I witnessed how meaningful healing can be when someone feels safe, supported, and empowered. That has shaped me as a therapist. I passionate about helping clients find clarity and freedom, a deeper, more sustainable sense of self. This work isn't just my profession, it's my purpose.
