As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, I specialize in helping adults cope with a variety of mental health concerns primarily stemming from intimacy disorders. These concerns include: Fear of abandonment, Developmental trauma, Trust issues, Anxiety, Depression, Maladaptive attachment, Substance and behavioral addictions. My job is to help you mend your relationship with yourself so that you can find and grow healthy connections with others. Together, we will work to discover the root of the problem while also investigating other issues often tied to intimacy disorders, such as addiction in all its forms, including substances, workaholism, sex, poor spending habits, and other addictive behaviors. I am qualified and have experience in Post Induction Therapy (PIT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Enmeshment Informed (EI). I am also passionate about public health education, including healthy sexual templates and reproductive health.
